The Shields & Co website has been developed with this in mind and enables applicants to register their interest in a particular type of property and to be delivered detail sheets and property specifications at the touch of a button. By automating these services we will be able to concentrate our efforts on working face-to-face with our clients and applicants to ensure that sales and purchases run smoothly.

Once an applicant has registered to the site and selected their preferred method of correspondence the intelligent interface will send out relevant properties to them as soon as they are entered into the Shields & Co property database.

Applicants are also able to search all the properties held within our database online and to sort such properties in to a property portfolio which they can email to themselves at any time during their visit to the Shields & Co site.
